Returns
All sales are final once the items have been shipped. If the postal service fails to deliver your order, we have NO obligation to resend your order free of charge. If the postal service tracking for the package says that the package was in fact delivered, we reserve the right to refuse re-delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for their orders. We reserve the right to not offer refunds for orders in which the customer entered an incorrect mail address.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the customer portal or the contact us page.
